As a therapist I see myself as an adventure guide of the soul. I facilitate your discovery of who you have forgotten that you are.

Safe and genuine human connection, warmth, compassion and gentle curiosity are qualities that I strive to bring to all my counselling clients. My clinical foundation is in transpersonal psychology, with a relational, somatic, humanistic, and experiential orientation. I focus on here-and-now and see my clients as whole and capable beings.
