I strive to awaken wonder and hope in our darkest places. When we can trust that we will be seen, heard and accepted in our most vulnerable parts, we develop the safety to fully be ourselves. Safe and genuine human connection, warmth and gentleness, compassion and curiosity are qualities that will characterize your sessions with me.

I am curious to hear what you dream of, what you long for and what makes you feel alive. When you feel courageous we can dive into fears and anxieties that you may live with.

If you are looking for self-acceptance, mindfulness, healing of limiting beliefs or attachment trauma, forgiveness of self and other, and a sense of purpose then you will benefit from working with me. Together we can look for meaning and healing even in patches where you may struggle to get through your days. Or we can explore what gets in your way to express yourself freely and reach for your dreams.
