IN-PERSON SESSIONS I have started accepting in-person clients out of my office on Lonsdale. There is a COVID protocol in place, such as maintaining social distancing, using hand sanitizer and removing your own tissues. This will be described in more detail on my booking site.
ONLINE/ PHONE SESSIONS All therapy sessions, including relationships and couples, can be done online. Individual sessions can also be done on the phone. Read more about how to optimize online sessions in my FAQ.
FINANCIAL SITUATION If you feel you may not afford therapy with your current financial situation, I have a sliding scale for you and occasionally have a pro bono spot available. Please contact me and we can discuss your situation in a free consult.
